I am a fully trained massage therapist. I enjoy working with people and helping them relax and get the most out of each session. My training includes Swedish, Thai massage, Pregnancy, Hydrotherapy, Deep tissue, Acupressure, Reiki, Hot stone therapy, and Sensory Repatterning (body motion and relaxation techniques). I believe that massage is beneficial to everyone. I know from personal experience that it feels good but it also has health benefits, such as greater circulation increasing physical and mental abilities, less stress on the body as well as the heart, less water retention, and most of all it increases endorphins, the feel good hormone.
